Returns & Exchanges

At McGee & Co., we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and condition; please note that items must be unassembled and include all original tags to be eligible.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
